- Each room is subjected to a maximum of two adults and one child (below 12 years old)
- Any booking with two children is required to take up a separate room based on Adult Twin-sharing rate
- Accommodation for infant (below 2 years old) is free but an additional SGD $45.00 is required for return Firefly flights
- An additional SGD $160.00 per car per way will be incurred for transfers between 23:00 hours to 06:00 hours
- Beverages are excluded during the whole stay except for coffee, tea and mineral water served duringmeals
- Meals are only applicable at the above-mentioned dining outlets
- Airfare is subject to change and surcharge (if any) will be advised upon confirmation
- Booking must be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to deprture date
- Air tickets must be issued at least 7 days in advance
- Name change is permitted 48 hours before departure date with admin fee of SGD $80.00 per person
- Flight and date change is permitted 48 hours before departure date with penalty charges of SGD $110.00 per person
