- All offers are for future reservations only and are subject to availability at the time of making the reservation.
- All taxes, including those applicable on the free night, are extra and shall be payable by the guest.
- The free night must be availed consecutively with the paid nights in the same hotel.
- The ‘Visit India 2009’ offer shall be available at a special rate.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Additional nights may be reserved on the rate of the day. Check-out and check-in on the same day at the same hotel will not be permitted.
- The ‘Visit India 2009’ offer is bookable, minimum 15 days prior to the date of check-in for stay between Apr 16 and Sep 30, 2009. (At the Oberoi Vanyavilas, offer is valid from Apr 16 and Jun 30, 2009).
- All bookings under the ‘Visit India 2009’ offer shall be guaranteed by a credit card or travel agent voucher if the travel agent is on our approved credit list.
- Reservations cancelled between 15 and 08 days prior to the date of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to the date of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked.
- The ‘Visit India 2009’ offer will not be applicable for conferences or events and will be restricted to a maximum of 2 rooms per reservation.
